Memberships

Mouvoir Un, 6 Month Term

1. This membership is a 6 month agreement, billed weekly at $35 per week. The total cost to you is $910. Should you wish to end your membership you must pay the balance remaining up to the total cost.
2. After your first 6 month term, your agreement renews for another 6 months on the same terms as above.
3. Prices are subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any change to your weekly price before the end of your minimum term, and the new price will apply from the start of your next term. Your price will not change during your current minimum term.
4. This membership includes 1 class per week, of any class type.
5. If you do not use your class in a given week, it rolls over to the following week only, so you may attend up to 2 classes in that fortnight. A class that is not used within 14 days of being issued expires. Expired classes cannot be carried over further, refunded or credited.
6. Additional classes may be purchased at the member rate of $35 per class. This rate may be subject to change.
7. You may suspend payments for up to 2 weeks during the 6 month contract period, and the end date extends by the length of any suspension. You may suspend payments, but not cancel, with a medical certificate.
8. You have an 8 hour class cancellation window. If you cancel within this period, or do not attend a booked class, the class is forfeited and deducted from your weekly allowance. No fee is charged.
9. A failure to pay in accordance with the agreed schedule will result in your account being frozen.

Mouvoir Un, 12 Month Term

1. This membership is a 12 month agreement, billed weekly at $32 per week. The total cost to you is $1,664. Should you wish to end your membership you must pay the balance remaining up to the total cost.
2. After your first 12 month term, your agreement renews for another 12 months on the same terms as above.
3. Prices are subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any change to your weekly price before the end of your minimum term, and the new price will apply from the start of your next term. Your price will not change during your current minimum term.
4. This membership includes 1 class per week, of any class type.
5. If you do not use your class in a given week, it rolls over to the following week only, so you may attend up to 2 classes in that fortnight. A class that is not used within 14 days of being issued expires. Expired classes cannot be carried over further, refunded or credited.
6. Additional classes may be purchased at the member rate of $35 per class. This rate may be subject to change.
7. You may suspend payments for up to 4 weeks during the 12 month contract period, and the end date extends by the length of any suspension. You may suspend payments, but not cancel, with a medical certificate.
8. You have an 8 hour class cancellation window. If you cancel within this period, or do not attend a booked class, the class is forfeited and deducted from your weekly allowance. No fee is charged.
9. A failure to pay in accordance with the agreed schedule will result in your account being frozen.

Mouvoir Deux, 6 Month Term

1. This membership is a 6 month agreement, billed weekly at $55 per week. The total cost to you is $1,430. Should you wish to end your membership you must pay the balance remaining up to the total cost.
2. After your first 6 month term, your agreement renews for another 6 months on the same terms as above.
3. Prices are subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any change to your weekly price before the end of your minimum term, and the new price will apply from the start of your next term. Your price will not change during your current minimum term.
4. This membership includes 2 classes per week, of any class type.
5. If you do not use one or both of your classes in a given week, they roll over to the following week only, so you may attend up to 4 classes in that fortnight. A class that is not used within 14 days of being issued expires. Expired classes cannot be carried over further, refunded or credited.
6. Additional classes may be purchased at the member rate of $35 per class. This rate may be subject to change.

Mouvoir Illimité, 6 Month Term

1. This membership is a 6 month agreement, billed weekly at $75 per week. The total cost to you is $1,950. Should you wish to end your membership you must pay the balance remaining up to the total cost.
2. After your first 6 month term, your agreement renews for another 6 months on the same terms as above.
3. Prices are subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any change to your weekly price before the end of your minimum term, and the new price will apply from the start of your next term. Your price will not change during your current minimum term.
4. This membership includes unlimited classes, of any class type, up to a maximum of 2 classes per day.
5. Your membership includes the following promotions. These promotions are included at no extra cost but may be subject to change or withdrawn at any time.
   1. Other benefits to be announced soon.
6. You may bring one friend to a class free of charge each calendar month. Your friend must be 16 or older and must not be a current member. An unused friend pass does not carry over to the following month.
7. You may suspend payments for up to 2 weeks during the 6 month contract period, and the end date extends by the length of any suspension. You may suspend payments, but not cancel, with a medical certificate.
8. You have an 8 hour class cancellation window. If you cancel within this period you must pay a $15 late cancel fee. If you do not attend a booked class you must pay a $20 no show fee.
9. A failure to pay in accordance with the agreed schedule will result in your account being frozen.

Mouvoir Illimité, 12 Month Term

1. This membership is a 12 month agreement, billed weekly at $70 per week. The total cost to you is $3,640. Should you wish to end your membership you must pay the balance remaining up to the total cost.
2. After your first 12 month term, your agreement renews for another 12 months on the same terms as above.
3. Prices are subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any change to your weekly price before the end of your minimum term, and the new price will apply from the start of your next term. Your price will not change during your current minimum term.
4. This membership includes unlimited classes, of any class type, up to a maximum of 2 classes per day.
5. Your membership includes the following promotions. These promotions are included at no extra cost but may be subject to change or withdrawn at any time.

Le Midi, 6 Month Term

1. This membership is a 6 month agreement, billed weekly at $50 per week. The total cost to you is $1,300. Should you wish to end your membership you must pay the balance remaining up to the total cost.
2. After your first 6 month term, your agreement renews for another 6 months on the same terms as above.
3. Prices are subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any change to your weekly price before the end of your minimum term, and the new price will apply from the start of your next term. Your price will not change during your current minimum term.
4. This membership includes unlimited classes, of any class type, on weekdays for classes starting between 9.30am and 3.30pm, and the Friday 5.15pm class. Classes outside these times are not included in your membership.
5. Classes outside these times may be purchased at the member rate of $35 per class. This rate may be subject to change.
6. You may suspend payments for up to 2 weeks during the 6 month contract period, and the end date extends by the length of any suspension. You may suspend payments, but not cancel, with a medical certificate.
7. You have an 8 hour class cancellation window. If you cancel within this period you must pay a $15 late cancel fee. If you do not attend a booked class you must pay a $20 no show fee.
8. A failure to pay in accordance with the agreed schedule will result in your account being frozen.

Le Midi, 12 Month Term

1. This membership is a 12 month agreement, billed weekly at $46 per week. The total cost to you is $2,392. Should you wish to end your membership you must pay the balance remaining up to the total cost.
2. After your first 12 month term, your agreement renews for another 12 months on the same terms as above.
3. Prices are subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any change to your weekly price before the end of your minimum term, and the new price will apply from the start of your next term. Your price will not change during your current minimum term.
4. This membership includes unlimited classes, of any class type, on weekdays for classes starting between 9.30am and 3.30pm, and the Friday 5.15pm class. Classes outside these times are not included in your membership.
5. Classes outside these times may be purchased at the member rate of $35 per class. This rate may be subject to change.
6. You may suspend payments for up to 4 weeks during the 12 month contract period, and the end date extends by the length of any suspension. You may suspend payments, but not cancel, with a medical certificate.
7. You have an 8 hour class cancellation window. If you cancel within this period you must pay a $15 late cancel fee. If you do not attend a booked class you must pay a $20 no show fee.
8. A failure to pay in accordance with the agreed schedule will result in your account being frozen.

Class Packs and Passes

5 Class Pack

1. This pack includes 5 classes, of any class type, for $200 ($40 per class), paid upfront.
2. The pack is valid for 8 weeks from the date of your first class. Any classes not used within this period expire and cannot be refunded, extended or credited.
3. Classes do not roll over and cannot be transferred to another pack or membership.
4. The pack is for your use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
5. You have an 8 hour class cancellation window. If you cancel within this period, or do not attend a booked class, the class is forfeited and deducted from your pack. No fee is charged.
6. The $35 member rate for additional classes is not available to pack holders.

Single Class

1. This is one class, of any class type, for $45, paid upfront.
2. The class must be used within 14 days of purchase. If it is not used within this period it expires and cannot be refunded, extended or credited.
3. The class is for your use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
4. You have an 8 hour class cancellation window. If you cancel within this period, or do not attend a booked class, the class is forfeited and deducted from your purchase. No fee is charged.

Intro Offer, 5 Classes

1. The intro offer includes 5 classes, of any class type, for $69, paid upfront.
2. The intro offer is available to new clients who are NSW residents only. It is limited to one intro offer per person.
3. Your first class must be taken within 14 days of purchase. Your 5 classes are then valid for 14 days from the date of your first class. Any classes not used within this period expire and cannot be refunded, extended or credited.
4. The intro offer is for your use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
5. You have an 8 hour class cancellation window. If you cancel within this period, or do not attend a booked class, the class is forfeited and deducted from your intro offer. No fee is charged.
6. If you join a membership before your intro offer expires, your first week is free on a 6 month membership, or your first 2 weeks are free on a 12 month membership.

Le Passeport (Visitors)

1. Le Passeport gives you unlimited classes, of any class type, for a set number of consecutive days, paid upfront. Le Passeport 7 is $89 for 7 days, Le Passeport 14 is $149 for 14 days, and Le Passeport 28 is $249 for 28 days. A maximum of 2 classes per day applies.
2. Le Passeport is available only to people who do not live in Sydney, aged 16 or older. You must provide proof at your first visit, or by email beforehand, being photo ID showing an address outside Sydney, or a passport together with a Sydney accommodation booking. Le Passeport is sold by the studio team after this check.
3. Your pass begins on the day of your first class, which must be taken within 30 days of purchase.
4. Le Passeport cannot be suspended, extended, refunded or transferred, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
5. You have an 8 hour class cancellation window. If you cancel within this period you must pay a $15 late cancel fee. If you do not attend a booked class you must pay a $20 no show fee.

Studio Policies

In-Studio Policies

The client must check-in with the teacher in charge upon arrival, to confirm they have attended. If you do not check-in upon your arrival, it is assumed that you have not attended the class and No-Show Fees will apply.

You must attend/have the intention to attend the class if you have checked in. If you check-in without the intention to attend (i.e., you leave the studio after checking-in to avoid a no-show fee), it is at the owner’s discretion to charge a no-show fee if it is deemed a ‘check-in’ was not in good-faith.

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Effective Date: 10th of March 2025

At Studio Mouvoir, we aim to create a seamless experience for all clients while maintaining a safe, fair and respectful environment for our instructors and members. By booking a class, you agree to the following cancellation and late arrival policy:

1. Class Cancellations

• Clients must cancel their class at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid penalties.
• Cancellations can be made via the Studio Mouvoir app or booking system, lastly via email at info@studiomouvoir.com.

2. Late Cancellations (Within 8 Hours of Class Start)

• If you cancel within 8 hours of the class start time:
• Clients on class packages, limited memberships, or ClassPass will forfeit their class credit.
• Clients on unlimited memberships will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.

3. No Shows (Failure to Attend a Booked Class)

• If you do not attend your class and fail to notify us:
• Clients on class packages, limited memberships, or ClassPass will forfeit their class credit.
• Clients on unlimited memberships will incur a $20 no-show fee.

4. Late Arrivals (Arriving More Than 5 Minutes Late)

• The studio door will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, and late entry will not be permitted.
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the following applies:
• Clients on class packages, limited memberships, or ClassPass will forfeit their class credit.
• Clients on unlimited memberships will incur a $20 no-show fee unless they notify us within the first 5 minutes after class starts. In that case, it will be treated as a late cancellation fee of $15 instead.

5. Additional Notes

• Fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
• Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies at the studio’s discretion.

Refund Policy

Whilst Studio Mouvoir aims to provide a regular and flexible class schedule, the number, type and frequency of classes is subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise agreed, Studio Mouvoir does not offer refunds on service's (classes). Class Days,Times and Teachers are offered at the absolute discretion of Studio Mouvoir. Classes may be cancelled or re-scheduled at the absolute discretion of Studio Mouvoir. You will not be entitled to any compensation where classes are re-scheduled.

Liability Waiver

In proceeding with the purchase of your class packages/membership, you agree that Studio Mouvoir is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.

I understand that Studio Mouvoir classes are physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, and/or death.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that such risks include but are not limited to heart attack,stroke, broken bones, sprains to ankles or wrists, muscle or tendon injury, back or neck injury, shoulder injury, knee injury, tendinitis, shin splints or other injury associated with high-intensity training.

I acknowledge that I have considered these risks and made an informed decision to participate in STUDIO MOUVOIR classes regardless of the risks. I have been given the opportunity to address any concerns I may have in relation to the risk of injury due to participating in STUDIO MOUVOIR’s classes.

I agree to disclose to STUDIO MOUVOIR and any person conducting a class I participate in any pre-existing condition I experience which may be exacerbated by the exercises performed in the classes before commencing any class.

You acknowledge that STUDIO MOUVOIR may refuse to allow you to participate in a class if they deem it unsafe to other participants or me. STUDIO MOUVOIR often films or photographs the studio, so you may appear in the background. I agree by signing this agreement that I allow Studio Mouvoir to use my image in social media, promotional, and other business-related material without any payment or otherwise by Studio Mouvoir.

If a provision or part thereof of this agreement is illegal, invalid, unenforceable, or void in a jurisdiction, it is severed for that jurisdiction. The remainder of this agreement has full force and effect, and the validity or enforceability of that agreement provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected.

Purchase Policy

Depending on the type of membership/pack/credit being utilised to attend a class, purchases policies will differ. Please refer to terms and conditions, specific to different purchasing options.

Across all Studio Mouvoir classes, payment (in the form of monetary value or a pre-purchased studio credit) must be received in full prior to the commencement of class.

Credits and/or memberships are not transferable to others, or for cash.

All prices of Studio Mouvoir Memberships, Packs, Passes, Classes and Merchandise are subject to change. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change before the end of your minimum term, and the new price will apply from the start of your next term. Price changes will be reflected on the Website – www.studiomouvoir.com and on the Studio Mouvoir Hapana platform (mobile app and website) accordingly.

Member Conduct and Responsibilities

Studio Mouvoir may, at its absolute discretion and without warning, cancel and refund any credits to a member for any of the following reasons:

• threaten or harass others;
• tamper with, damage or misuse studio equipment;
• act in a reckless or dangerous manner;
• wear clothes with offensive images or inappropriate advertising;
• use illegal or performance-enhancing drugs;
• interfere with the smooth running of a class;
• infringe on any intellectual property rights or trademarks of Studio Mouvoir;
• fail to disclose any injury or other issue which would prevent a member from participating safely in classes.

Studio Mouvoir may, at its absolute discretion refuse a client from participating in a class if:

• the client has an infection, contagious illness or physical ailments, such as an open cut or sore;
• there is any other risk, however small, to other members and guests.
• in these circumstances Studio Mouvoir may choose to continue to refuse a member from participating in a class until:
• a doctor agrees in writing that you are fit to exercise
• proof is provided that you have received medical advice on an appropriate exercise program.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Ongoing Memberships

You pay fees for ongoing membership fees in advance by direct debit from a bank account or credit card. You can pay your membership fees as far in advance as you like, up to the legal time limits (12 months). However, you still need to provide your account details for when your advance payments end. Should there be any arrears in payments, you authorise Studio Mouvoir to debit the outstanding balance in order to bring the account up to date. You will be responsible for any fees and charges associated with declined payments.

Paying by Direct Debit

Your membership fees will be debited from your nominated account at the agreed payment frequency, as set out in your membership agreement. You request and authorise us to arrange for any amount we may debit or charge you to be debited by a third-party direct debit billing service provider from your account subject to their terms and conditions.

All payments (memberships and class packages) will incur fees from our External Payment provider.

Your Responsibilities

You must make sure:

• Your account can accept direct debits (your financial institution can confirm this) • there is enough money in your account on the payment day and the next 5 days;
• You tell us if you are transferring or closing your account, at least 48 hours before your next direct debit;
• You tell us about any changes to your credit card, such as its expiry date or number, at least 48 hours before your next direct debit.

Please notify Studio Mouvoir and your financial institution if you want to change or stop your direct debits.

Agreement

By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions, acknowledging you understand (but not limited to):

• The conditions of entry/participation
• The terms of your membership, package and/or purchase, including, but not limited to:
• Validity of Membership or Package
• Agreement Renewal Terms
• Eligibility and Terms to pause memberships
• How and when no-show fees are charged
• It is the client’s responsibility to check-in with the teacher in charge upon arrival
• Fees associated with multiple payment attempts
• Memberships and Session Packages cannot be transferred, refunded, or sold for cash.
• All sales are final
• Session Packages cannot be paused, nor validity extended.
